Shrimp Scampi Linguine Pasta

Loved the outcome. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley in the end puts a great finishing touch to the entire presentation. Also before serving you can add some grated Parmesan and freshly ground pepper. If you like real spicy food this is not going to please your palate -- however, its a great dish.

 Chocolate Souffle The most important part of this dish is beating the egg with the melted chocolate. If you do not have a egg-beater machine, probably get one or be prepared to burn 400 calories doing it - Reason is that the chocolate melts but hardens quickly and so you have to finish your egg-beating process pretty quick. Anyways - loved the end result and yes put some chopped almonds to make the presentation beautiful.
