Chocolate Souffle

The most important part of this dish is beating the egg with the melted chocolate. If you do not have a egg-beater machine, probably get one or be prepared to burn 400 calories doing it - Reason is that the chocolate melts but hardens quickly and so you have to finish your egg-beating process pretty quick. Anyways - loved the end result and yes put some chopped almonds to make the presentation beautiful.
