Ginger Pear Bourbon Cocktail Here's my recipe: 1 oz Bourbon 1 oz Pear Juice (freshly squeezed) 1/2 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 1/2 oz Ginger infused sugar syrup (made fresh - 1:1 parts sugar and water boiled with ginger - cooled and kept for a few days) ...  Garnish with basil, lime slices and the ginger pieces from the above)

Shrimp Scampi Linguine Pasta Loved the outcome. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley in the end puts a great finishing touch to the entire presentation. Also before serving you can add some grated Parmesan and freshly ground pepper. If you like real spicy food this is not going to please your palate -- however, its a great dish.

Indian Samosa Indian Samosa - is a savory dish which is nothing but fried-wheat-dough-stuffed-with-your-favorite-filling. I've used potato fry, but you could use chicken, ground meat, etc. The most important thing that people forget about the Samosa is its unique conical shape with portion of the dough protruding from the top. The ones that you get in the frozen section of a supermarket do not have this unique shape and so I hate buying or eating them. I was able to get that shape correct and that was the most exciting part of making it.

Chocolate Souffle The most important part of this dish is beating the egg with the melted chocolate. If you do not have a egg-beater machine, probably get one or be prepared to burn 400 calories doing it - Reason is that the chocolate melts but hardens quickly and so you have to finish your egg-beating process pretty quick. Anyways - loved the end result and yes put some chopped almonds to make the presentation beautiful.
