Ginger Pear Bourbon Cocktail
Here's my recipe:
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Pear Juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 oz Ginger infused sugar syrup (made fresh - 1:1 parts sugar and water boiled with ginger - cooled and kept for a few days) ...
Garnish with basil, lime slices and the ginger pieces from the above)
